Scholarship, policy, and public-interest law

I work across law, policy, and public-interest governance, with a particular focus on how international economic law can support equitable technology transfer, resilient health systems, and sustainable development.

My current work examines the legal and institutional conditions needed to align innovation, public health, and development objectives.

Research on the legal and institutional conditions for technology transfer in the pharmaceutical industry, including intellectual property, trade rules, competition, and public-interest governance.

Global Health Law

Work on pandemic preparedness, global health equity, pathogen governance, access to health technologies, and institutional arrangements for health cooperation.

Trade, Investment, and ASEAN

Policy work on international trade, investment law, ASEAN governance, sustainable investment, and responsible investment in food, agriculture, and forestry.
