Experimental Legal-Policy Research Tool

Policy Perspective Explorer

The Policy Perspective Explorer helps visitors examine a policy proposal from multiple perspectives, including legal, human rights, economic, public health, environmental, implementation, community, and business perspectives.

It is designed to support public-interest policy deliberation by identifying possible benefits, risks, tradeoffs, affected groups, implementation questions, and evidence needs.

What the tool can help identify

  • how different stakeholders may view a policy proposal
  • possible legal, social, economic, health, and environmental tradeoffs
  • implementation questions and institutional capacity issues
  • evidence gaps that should be addressed before adoption

This tool provides an analytical screening output only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not replace doctrinal legal analysis, statutory interpretation, stakeholder consultation, or institutional review.
