The Regulatory Overlap Finder is an experimental tool for comparing legal and regulatory texts and identifying possible overlaps, duplication, and shared legal functions across provisions.
It is designed to support legal research, policy mapping, and regulatory coherence analysis. Users can paste two regulatory texts, compare them provision by provision, and review similarity scores, overlapping legal functions, and possible areas for further analysis.
